The wait is over! The much-anticipated Daughters Online Community (DOC) App is now available for download from both the App Store for Apple users and the Google Play Store for Android users. From the beginning of the DOC, many members expressed a desire for an app that delivered notification features and made the DOC easier to access for members “on the go.” Team DOC is excited to present this app version, which not only connects you to your favorite committees, officer and interest group communities, but also provides an easy way to enter your Service to America Hours and check your Sustaining Supporter Portal.
Daughters Online Community (DOC) App is now available for download!
If you have not already joined the Daughters Online community via the website at https://community.dar.org/, we recommend starting there before accessing the app. But, if you have already been “rockin’ the DOC” for a while, feel free to try out the app version whenever you like. It is free to download, just search your app store for "Daughters Online Community."
We also offer a few ways to learn more about optimizing your app experience. You can visit our Members’ Website page and click App Toolkit. This will take you to a new page with videos, FAQs, and publicity information to help spread the word in your state and chapters.
The second place to find more helpful information is on the app itself. By selecting the “Menu” option on the bottom banner, you can choose education and contact options under the “DOC Help Central” header.
The third place is on the full DOC Committee website. Under our “Help” tab, we have a link to App FAQs and tutorials. As always, feel free to ask a question in the DOC Committee community or, in select states, ask your DOC State Chair.
This project has been an endeavor over two administrations and the result of many helping hands, creative minds, video calls, emails, screenshots, and spreadsheets.
