With a heart brimming with gratitude and joy, I welcome you to our cherished House Beautiful for the 134th Continental Congress! What a thrill it is to gather once again—united in spirit, in sisterhood, and in celebration of all that we are and all that we have accomplished together. I cannot imagine a more meaningful way to conclude my term as your President General than by sharing this extraordinary Congress with each of you. As we step into our newly restored, dazzling Memorial Continental Hall, let’s take a moment to reflect on the incredible journey we’ve shared.

Registration opens this morning! You may check in or register on-site today in the We the People Dining Hall from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Upon registration, you’ll receive a welcome packet—including your name badge. Please remember: your ID badge is your key to the building, so keep it with you at all times!

Since last year, our House Beautiful has undergone a remarkable transformation and now shines as brilliantly as ever. Don’t miss the DAR Museum’s new exhibition, Fighting for Freedom: Black Craftspeople and the Pursuit of Independence, or the inviting DAR Library, open for your research adventures. The CAR Headquarters also welcomes all visitors!
Though the official start of Congress is just days away, my heart is already full seeing Daughters arrive from across the country and around the globe. This morning, I was honored to participate in the Daughters Tribute Wreath Laying ceremony and am looking forward to presiding over my final National Board of Management meeting as your President General, before gathering with friends at the National Officers Club Banquet tonight.
