I am delighted to share that the 133rd Continental Congress website is now live! We are launching the website one month early to give Daughters the opportunity to plan their Congress experience before Pre-Registration opens and select National Event tickets go on sale April 15, 2024.
What is featured on the 133rd Continental Congress website starting March 15?
The website highlights the tentative draft schedule for the 133rd Continental Congress. The Congress schedule is constantly being updated, so remember to check back periodically to find out more information about the entire Congress experience.
Congress events on the website can be found in two places:
- Schedule Page: The Schedule page has the tentative draft schedule for the 133rd Continental Congress. Click on the event title of each event to see more details about that particular event. There are also new features that allow you to search and filter results within the schedule to help zero in on specific events you may want to learn more about.
- Ongoing Events Page: The Ongoing Events page highlights recurring daily events that take place over the course of Congress. Ongoing events include DAR Library hours, Insignia, Junior Shoppe and President General Project Sales locations and hours, Congress Shops, and Onsite Check-in and Registration hours.
Helpful information about Washington, D.C., will also be featured, including transportation tips and dining options near DAR Headquarters and the JW Marriott Hotel, the host hotel for the 133rd Continental Congress.
When does Pre-Registration open and select National Event tickets go on sale?
On April 15, 2024, Pre-Registration opens and select National Event tickets go on sale. It is also the last day that Chapters can credential Delegates and Alternates to vote during the 133rd Continental Congress in Washington, D.C. Chapter leaders received an email with information about this process.
Which National Events are selling tickets via the 133rd Continental Congress website starting April 15?
This year, the following National Events are selling tickets through the Congress Website:
- Patriotism Luncheon
- Historic Preservation Luncheon
- Education Luncheon
- Junior Membership Luncheon
- Units Overseas Luncheon and Bazaar
- Congress Reception
All six of these events take place at the JW Marriott Hotel.
As we get closer to June, the 133rd Continental Congress website will continue to be updated with the latest information, including Pre-Registration instructions and FAQs. I encourage you to check back often for updates.
