The DAR General Fund plays a crucial role in carrying out our mission of historic preservation, education and patriotism. Simply put, it is your contributions to the DAR General Fund that make it possible to advance our work. And for the first time we are putting the general fund needs of our nearly 150 specialized staff who are dedicated to our DAR mission front and center for your consideration. With this in mind, the DAR Wish Book provides an in-depth look at the many interconnected components of our mission that are made possible by your general fund contributions.

So, for the first time we are offering you the opportunity to Celebrate Your Ties of DAR Service and Friendship! You can create #GivingTuesday sparkle by supporting the DAR Wish Book in ANY AMOUNT on behalf of someone special in your life. Then, once you complete your online donation you may send them a personalized DAR digital Holiday Card, like the one above, to commemorate your gift!
